Ayurveda uses spices, herbs, and food as medicine. Whether you want to get rid of a sore throat or want to boost your immune system, herbs can help if you know how to use them. Each herb offers its own unique health benefits and can be used in various forms to support different aspects of wellness.

Remember, it’s best to try one or two herbs at a time if you’re new to them. Many herbs and spices are very intense, so always take them as recommended. More is not better in this case.
